Policy Exception Reporting
From HK$68,000
Single-entity period review with one core finance manual and clean ledger extracts. Multi-entity groups and fragmented approval trails are quoted higher after scoping.
Internal Control Walkthrough
From HK$18,000 or HK$9,500 / day
Short fixed fee for up to three processes, or day rate when observation days extend on site.
Board Exception Pack
From HK$12,000
Narrative and tables once the register is frozen. Rush windows under three business days carry a surcharge stated in the quote.
Remediation Follow-up
From HK$22,000
Priced mainly by open-item count and evidence quality from the prior register.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and ledgers in scope
- Length of the review period and volume of payment runs
- Dual-language manuals that need aligned clause mapping
- Availability of read-only system access versus delayed CSV extracts
- On-site days in Mong Kok, other Kowloon districts, or Hong Kong Island
Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit secures the fieldwork window. The balance is due on delivery of the final register or pack, per the engagement letter. Informal estimates on this page are not binding quotes.
What we do not sell
There are no monthly “platform” fees and no checkout on this site. Payment arrangements are confirmed in writing after scope agreement.
