- Engagement working papers that may include names of process owners and approvers necessary for exception testing

We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank passwords, or payment card details through this website.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, perform contracted policy exception reporting and related services, maintain professional records, and meet legal or regulatory duties applicable in Hong Kong.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a resulting engagement are typically retained up to 24 months. Engagement records are retained for at least seven years, or longer if a dispute or legal requirement applies. Cookie-related identifiers follow the periods described on our Cookies page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT or hosting providers who process it on our instructions, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
