Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Datafusiontools. You may not copy substantive content for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables under an engagement letter are licensed to the client as stated in that letter; working papers remain our records unless otherwise agreed.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate policy manuals, timely extracts, and access agreed in scoping. Delays in information may shift delivery dates under the change provisions of the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set out in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
No statutory audit opinion
Unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise, our work does not constitute a statutory audit opinion under Hong Kong auditing standards and must not be represented as such to regulators or lenders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use. Engagement letters may specify dispute resolution for paid work.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
